THANK YOU AND GOODBYE!!! It has become time for us to put these social media accounts to bed since our beloved food truck has been sold and the price of potatoes have skyrocketed to the point where doing Essentially Fries pop-ups just isn't sustainable. We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone for all their incredible support over the years. From suggesting us to their friends, voting for us to win "Best Fries and Food truck" to all the kind words we've received. We will be putting all of our focus on the restaurant, so if you haven't yet, be sure to follow us at and don't forget that you can still get our classic OG fries (the ones that started it all) at the restaurant as we serve Tue-Sat from 4-9pm. It's been a wild, delicious ride and we're grateful.
