We strongly believe that Amendment 5 will fail if only people learn what a bait-and-switch tax-shifting scam it is.

Please don't be fooled and please inform as many others as best you can. No on Amendment 5 on August 4th!

Two truths they will deceptively ignore and fraudulently lie about:

1. Sales taxes must (more than) triple to replace income taxes in Missouri.

2. MOST of the state will get a tax INCREASE.

Local 42 Business Manager Brandon Flinn and Vice President Brian Watson were both in attendance yesterday at this historic groundbreaking. MSD Project Clear has hired signatory union contractor Kelpe Contracting, Inc to perform the work, thus hiring Local 42 members for the project. This is the start of a $700 million in stormwater improvements and addresses hundreds of stormwater challenges throughout St. Louis City and County.
