If your level of worry is greater than your ability to pray and meditate, you may need to talk to a doctor about your anxiety. Some people need medication to activate their faith in this area. Remember, God did not give you a spirit of fear. He gave you a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind (II Timothy 1:7).
