Antara completed the MATH FACT SCHOLARS program in February, 2019 as a 3rd grader at Spoede Elementary School. Since then, Antara has been volunteering as a MATH FACT SCHOLARS Ambassador at Spoede, grading tests and helping to motivate other students to improve their math skills and complete the program, too! "I love math!" says Aaron M, after completing his level two program workbooks this week. Aaron is so excited to advance to the first multiplication/division skill level in the program. Way to go, Aaron! The Math Fact Scholars Community Math Program helps K-6th grade students develop strong math skills. Weekly testing takes place every Tuesday from 5:00-5:30 p.m. at CBC High School. Meet Madeline and Jay - MATH FACT SCHOLARS Ambassadors at Mason Ridge Elementary school.
In 2nd grade, Madeline and Jay completed all testing and workbook completion requirements in this math enrichment program. Now, they volunteer at their school, grading math tests and motivating other students to improve their math skills, too. Way to go Madeline and Jay! We are so proud of the St. Louis Catholic Academy students that are participating in the MATH FACT SCHOLARS program every week! They are so excited to take math tests every Thursday after school. Congratulations to Holy Infant Catholic School 2nd grader, Addie W, for completing all skill levels in the Math Fact Scholars program! Addie has been diligent in her daily math practice efforts and consistent in her participation at the Holy Infant Math Fact Scholars testing sessions since starting the program as a kindergartner. Addie also participated in our summer testing sessions the last two years. We are very impressed with Addie's dedication to improving her math skills. Way to go, Addie! Meet Brendan Benigno. Brendan started the MATH FACT SCHOLARS program at St. Alban Roe Catholic School when he was in 6th grade. Brendan completed all skill levels in the program in a year and a half and went on to volunteer as a MATH FACT SCHOLARS Ambassador throughout 7th and 8th grade. Thank you, Brendan for all your time and effort volunteering and motivating other students to improve their math skills, too. You have been a wonderful role model for so many students!
