Today is the 1st day of high school for our students enrolled in our Teen Life Academy program. We are so excited for our future high school graduates. 👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🏫👩🏽‍💻

We are looking for 2-3 volunteers to drop off baby necessities (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.) to our girl's homes. If you are interested, please visit our website for the volunteer application. We look forward to hearing from you.

Making a Difference for Pregnant Teens and Teenage Mothers Learn about our passionate team, and how you can help!

Studies show that only 40% of teen mothers finish high school. 90% of high school dropouts occur due to teen pregnancy. We want to help raise those numbers and show that young mothers can and will complete high school through our program called Teen Life Academy.
We have partnered with Citizens Academy and now offer our girls the option to get their HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA through us. We are so excited that our girls will be able to graduate high school and have the foundation started to move on to great things. We currently have 9 girls enrolled and now have a waiting list. Look out for a future graduation ceremony from With Open Arms soon.

Bishop DuBourg High School

Good morning! We would love to thank Abby (C/O 2021)from Bishop DuBourg High School for creating such an awesome event for our organization. Abby wanted to give back to the community and chose With Open Arms. She volunteered her time and did a collection drive for the 80+ moms in our program. She truly has a heart of gold and we appreciate you and your hard work. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

Today our drop-offs included 4 bassinets/pack n plays, diapers/wipes, formula, car seat, small crib, and other necessities. 💜

We are introducing Postpartum Kits to our moms after birth. We figure it's essential to have these items after delivery when our moms arrive home.

If you have a passion for encouraging and uplifting young mothers, this volunteer position is for you. We are looking for professional, non-judgmental women who can commit to at least 1 hour per week/4 hours per month for a minimum of 6 months. Our FREE Sweet Baby Boutique is for our young moms to shop at once per month. We have incentives for those who are in school, participate in our home visiting program or group sessions.
