Based in St Louis, MO, the chapter was formed in 2004 and currently has 35 members. We are a small subset of the international MVPA with 10,000 plus members worldwide. Frank Levingston, the oldest living World War II veteran, passed away Tuesday in Louisiana at the age of 110. He served as a private in the U.S. Army during the Allied invasion of Italy. His best piece of advice was what his parents had taught him: “Be honest. That goes a long way.”
