- to restore to a former good state
- to bring from bad to good
- to change from worse to better
- to amend
- to correct


Group and Private Training coming to Cape Girardeau in December of 2017. Reform Training is unlike any other gym or fitness facility you have been to. We don't believe anyone should have to CHANGE who they are. We all just need to REFORM into the person we know we can be.
