What an incredible weekend for the SLPA family!

We are so proud of every athlete who represented SLPA at Midwest Regionals. From the youngest competitors to our most experienced athletes, the dedication, growth, and heart displayed throughout the weekend were truly remarkable. Our athletes not only performed beautifully but also made tremendous progress in their routines as we continue preparing for the exciting competitions ahead.

This championship belongs to so many people.

To our prop and costume parents—thank you for the countless hours you invested behind the scenes to help bring our performances to life. To our families and supporters in the audience, your energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement helped create an unforgettable atmosphere.

To our coaching staff, thank you for your commitment, expertise, and passion. Your dedication to our athletes is evident in every performance and every success.

And one of the most special parts of the weekend was the incredible support from our alumni. So many former SLPA athletes traveled to Chicago simply to help, volunteer, and cheer on the team. Without being asked, they stepped in wherever needed and reminded us what makes this organization so special. Their continued love and support of SLPA is something we never take for granted.

This weekend was a perfect example of what SLPA is all about. We are more than a studio—we are a family. The support, teamwork, and pride shown by our athletes, coaches, parents, alumni, and supporters make this organization truly extraordinary.

We’re celebrating this accomplishment today and looking ahead to an exciting month of National and World Qualifying competitions. The journey continues, and we can’t wait to see what this amazing team accomplishes next!

Last soloist bootcamp before regionals = snow cones! 🍧 We have worked so hard and cannot wait to see everyone shine on the floor!

Our first week of hardworking practices this summer has us knocked out! 😴💤

Such an amazing and successful weekend hosting Miss Majorette of Missouri! We had many soloist finish top 3 as well as team routines!

Overall we have 11 soloist representing the state of Missouri at the national pageant in 1.5 months!!

As they say, the show must go on — and that’s exactly what we’re doing! 💪✨

Due to an unexpected facility issue beyond our control, Miss Majorette of Missouri will now be held at:

While last-minute changes are never ideal, we’re proud of how quickly our team came together to adapt, problem-solve, and ensure this incredible event continues without interruption. We are especially grateful to Jefferson College for helping us make this transition happen on such short notice!

At the end of the day, this weekend is about celebrating talented athletes, performers, and an unforgettable contest experience — and we can’t wait to do exactly that! ❤️

✨ 2026 RECITAL! ✨

Our 2026 recital was fabulous, putting new and old routines on the floor for our friends, families, and supporters!
Some highlights 🤍:
- Sending off our three seniors with their senior farewell performances
- Over 70 recreational students all dancing and twirling together fabulously
- Lindenwood twirling exhibition
- Competition team and solo routines
- Fabulous pageant routines
Even though the regular year may be over we’re excited to start preparing for many competitions this summer and hope to see many new and familiar faces at some of our twirling and dance camps over the summer months!
