The St. Louis based GAP – Grandparents as Parents Support Project serves those grandparent caregivers According to U.S. Louis Metropolitan area. Louis and St.
Census information from 2000, there were some 11,700 responsible for raising their grandchildren in the St. Our program will serve those grandparent caregivers, great- grandparent caregivers in St. Louis County that need assistance or resources to raise their grandchildren to be healthy and productive.
