We had a very late start to 2024. Design issues, permitting, construction detail recalls, demolition delays, utility disconnect issues, and unfortunately the list goes on quite a ways; However, we finally have full authorization to start our spring 2024 project. Thank you to everyone that got us to this point, it truly was a lot of hard work, and all of your efforts to this point will not go to waste. Furthermore, I welcome project “Katherine” located right here in south city St.Louis in the Dutchtown Neighborhood. This one will be for the history books of IMPACT Development LLC. and I think it’s safe to say, the turn out will be one to remember. We’ve added several new team members, each with their own unique ability for this very unique project. Should be quite entertaining, with never a dull moment.
