Do you know how important your ribs are? They protect the organs of your thoracic cavity but their main function is to aid in breathing. we strive to make sure your ribs are in the correct position so your diaphragm (main muscle of breathing) can work efficiently. Due to our natural anatomical asymmetries, we do different techniques on the left vs right. We also want your ribs to alternate and rotate so your pelvis and neck so can do the same.
