Get Fit Crew STL

The Get Fit Crew is an innovative team from the St. Louis Area on a mission with the initiative to help decrease childhood obesity through entertainment.

Fitness guru and registered nurse Sheila Cunningham knew it was time to take a stand against childhood obesity. Serving as a Pediatric Nurse within the walls of the St. Louis Public Schools, a Local Talent Scout, and Fitness Expert, she envisioned a merging of her passions, talents, and expertise with the growing, nation-wide campaign against childhood obesity, Hip Hop Public Health. From this vision, The Get Fit Crew emerged.
