Based on sales trends, until further notice, we will be closing Catalyst Coffee Bar M-F at 2 p.m. We will reassess once we enter the next quarter of the year on April 1.

Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-2 p.m. & Saturday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

After a refreshing holiday off for our staff, Catalyst Coffee Bar is open again and we can hardly wait to see you again!

Bar manager Ryan has created three superb new year coffee & tea drinks to welcome you back, including:
Champagne Espresso Tonic: House-made champagne* syrup, tonic, and espresso. *Syrup is made with white grapes, pomegranates, grapefruit zest, and fennel seeds!

Millionaire Latte: Modeled after the millionaire shortbread cookies, this drink is made with sweetened condensed milk, 100% cocoa powder, and espresso.

Sunrise Latte: Big Heart Tea's Sunshine Dust, honey, and Elderflower syrup, and steamed milk!

Our staff is what truly makes Catalyst so special! They each are such beautiful and kindhearted humans and it is an honor to work with our team. We are grateful to begin 2025 with them as well as with you.

Please stop by Catalyst Coffee Bar M-F 8 a.m.-4 p.m. & Sat. 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and support the work of Art Saint Louis (https://www.artstlouis.org) (which owns & operates Catalyst). And please make plans to visit the Gallery beginning January 11 when it reopens with the "Gasp" juried exhibition featuring works by STL regional visual artists.

Election Day Latte Art Throwdown

Do something good for your nervous system on election night and spend your evening at Art Saint Louis’ Catalyst Coffee Bar watching the mad skills of our region’s finest baristas as they compete in creating intricate latte art at our Election Night Latte Art Throwdown sponsored by Mississippi Mud Coffee Roasters and Quarrelsome Coffee Roasters. Blue Jay Brewing Co will be on-site with a pop-up bar to help round out the vibe. Doors at 7 and first pour 7:30 p.m. $10 entry fee.
