Three Steps Home, formerly Bridge of Hope Ministries is deeply grateful for all of the energy, time, and expertise Mennonite Disaster Service has poured into our new comprehensive medical respite location.

Time is one of the most valuable gifts you can offer, and we are incredibly appreciative of the time and hard work your volunteers have provided.

Today marks an exciting new chapter for our organization. Bridge of Hope is becoming Three Steps Home — a name that reflects the journey every family takes toward stability, healing, and a place to call home.

On yesterday, we welcomed our community for a sneak peek “Hard Hat” tour of our new space for medical recuperative care. It was powerful to stand together and see what’s being built — not just walls, but hope, dignity, and a path forward.

We’re also grateful for the attendees like Centene, Home State Health, the team at Peter and Paul, and other partners. If you’d like to sneak a peek, take a look at the video from KSDK, who captured the energy and vision of the day.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. We can’t wait to share what’s next!

Bridge of Hope will be closed on January 26th, 2026 due to inclement weather.
