Talk with your healthcare provider about the screening schedule that is right for you. Support survivors.
Honor those we have lost.
Encourage someone you love to prioritize their health. Because awareness can inspire action—and action can make a difference!

September is Self-Care Awareness Month, and it’s a timely reminder that making our health and wellness a priority is an important part of caring for ourselves. Black women are often some of the strongest advocates for our families, churches, schools, and communities—but are we advocating for ourselves with that same strength??
Being your own health advocate means knowing your numbers, keeping preventive-care appointments, asking questions, understanding your family history, and speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.

Excited to be back for another impactful year of service, last night our lovely President, Lady LaToya Casson, introduced the Cardinal Chapter’s new Sister Circle Initiative—an intentional opportunity for our Ladies to connect, encourage, support, and celebrate one another beyond our service together.

🗳️ It’s National Voter Registration Day—STAY WOKE!
Throughout September, every TOP Lady of TLOD Inc-Cardinal Chapter has been charged with a meaningful mission: help at least ONE eligible first-time voter register or assist a registered voter with updating their voter registration after a move!
It starts with a conversation, a helping hand, and a commitment to service. Whether it’s a family member, friend, neighbor, or colleague, we each have an opportunity to help someone take that important next step toward being registered, informed, and ready voter!
Our mission is clear: increase voter turnout, strengthen civic engagement, and make our voices heard at the polls. We’re not just talking about participation—we’re putting service into ACTION!

💅🏾 📸 TOP LADY LOOKBACK I A Weekend Worth WALKING Through
Our and proudly hit the pavement for a purpose this past weekend in support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and
Sickle Cell Research—walking to raise awareness, support vital research, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. 👑
Every step counted and so did every dollar! Together, we raised $515 in support of Sickle Cell research, and we're not finished yet! And our TOP Teens could have been anywhere this weekend, but they chose to be front and center at Saturday's St. Jude Walk, showing us exactly what youth looks like when becomes and becomes . 🩷💙
Two causes. One weekend. A lifetime commitment to service. TLOD Inc-Cardinal Chapter continues to walk the walk of service! 👟
Father's Day 2026. Today we're honoring the Men who lead with love, and we celebrate the strength, wisdom, and sacrifice of fathers, spiritual fathers, and father figures everywhere! We especially salute our Lords and former Top Teens of America who are now blessed to be called Dad. Happy Father's Day! 💙🏆
