Construction along North Grand is taking shape, with new pedestrian improvements and roadway updates underway. Once complete, this project will create a safer, more accessible, and better-connected corridor, improving the experience for residents, businesses, and visitors while supporting continued investment and growth throughout the region.

It’s exciting to see this important project move from plans to reality as NAVIGATE serves as Construction Manager.

Check out one of our most recently completed project: a cold storage renovation and expansion that supports the continued growth and operations of a confidential client. ❄️🏗️

NAVIGATE provided Owner’s Representation services from initial planning through commissioning while helping the client maintain ongoing operations throughout construction. The project included renovations and expansion to increase cold storage capacity and support the client’s long-term operational needs.

We are proud to have served as Owner's Representative for Pettis County Ambulance District on their brand new station! 🚑

This facility is strategically located on the southwest side of town to help reduce response times and better balance resources across the community. including Dedicated sleep rooms for staff, a fitness area, a 3-unit apparatus bay, decontamination areas, plus a day room and patio for crews to unwind between calls.

🏒 Construction Update 🏒

Take a look behind the scenes at the Kirkwood Ice Rink Renovation! These photos capture crews during the ice painting process – one of the final milestones before the rink is ready to welcome skaters back to the ice. ❄️⛸️

This renovation has transformed the facility with a new ammonia refrigeration system, upgraded rink floor, new ice plant and dehumidification system, and replacement dasherboards to improve performance and efficiency for years to come. 🧊

NAVIGATE is proud to serve as the Owner's Representative for the City of Kirkwood throughout this project. We can't wait to see the renovated rink reopen and become a place for the community to enjoy once again! 🎉🏒

✂️ A great day at Tower Grove Park! Today marked the official ribbon cutting for the newly completed Facility Core Projects and Four Pavilions Restoration.

NAVIGATE was proud to serve as Owner's Representative on these projects, helping bring new amenities to one of St. Louis' most treasured parks. Visitors can now enjoy the new Event Support Building, expanded gathering spaces, and beautifully restored historic pavilions that will support park events and everyday experiences for years to come.

We're grateful to have been part of a project that enhances the park while preserving the character that makes Tower Grove Park so special. 🌿

The new Education Center for Performing Arts 🎭 is taking shape, bringing the district one step closer to a dedicated space for student performances, arts education, and community events.
