STL and KC met halfway in Columbia for good food, great conversation, and a productive team meeting focused on preparing for next season. We spent the day connecting, talking through our processes, sharing ideas, and planning how we can implement them as a team.

From operations and staffing to training, payroll, accounting, administration, managing, supervising, service and maintenance, and everything in between, every department plays an important role in supporting our pools, our staff, and our communities all summer long.

Our St. Louis and Kansas City teams each came together to celebrate the hard work and dedication that went into another incredible season.

We’re proud of the people behind the pools — and even more grateful to call this team ours.
