Does your Thoracic (t-spine) have mobility?

If it doesn’t, you should really start doing some exercises that help, why?

Well b/c it:
⏺️ Improves Posture
⏺️ Decreases pain in neck, shoulders, low back
⏺️ Enhances breathing for rib cage to expand (crucial for athletes)
