Because our staff are volunteers we want to be courteous of their time. Additionally if a family schedules and "no shows" this prohibits us from assisting another family. Butterfly Haven does not pick up donations or drop off resources. At this time we are only accepting LIMITED donations. Please verify that we are accepting your donation items prior to dropping off. We do our very best to respond to messages, telephone calls and referrals as quickly as we possibly can. Please leave us a message. Generally our email and phone messages receive responses during our office hours.
