Winter Opera St. Louis is excited to announce The Winter Opera Rehearsal Studios.
Our new space is located at 2324 Marconi Avenue, St. Louis MO 63110. Conveniently located on The Hill, our offices will include one large rehearsal space and five practice rooms/studios. Three of the rooms will be equipped with a new upright piano and is available for rental at a reasonable hourly and long term rate. We're here for you! We've got private studios and a large rehearsal hall for groups.

Well even though the the opera season is over, our studios sure have been busy!
We have 3 long term tenants, who we absolutely love. Hearing all the music and movement in the office is wonderful!
That being said, we still have studios available for rent! Looking for a place to get away and create? Check out our calendar of availability, view our online floor plan, or stop in to view the space!

Rehearsal Rates
$6 Per hour – Student Rate
$10 Per Hour – Smaller Practice Room
$15 Per Hour – Nancy Pillsbury Shirley or Mary Pillsbury Wainwright Rehearsal Rooms
$60 – 8 hour day
$150 – Three days
Long Term Rates
$8 Per hour Teacher Rate – Smaller Practice Room
$250 Weekly rate – Nancy Pillsbury Shirley or Mary Pillsbury Wainwright Rehearsal Rooms
$800 Monthly Rate – Nancy Pillsbury Shirley or Mary Pillsbury Wainwright Rehearsal Rooms
