This morning, I ran the Frostbite Series 12k. The St Louis Track Club hosts ten races in Forest Park every winter; 1 short race and 1 long race a day, every other Saturday. I didn't look forward to the rain, but it didn't stop me. Pros: my time was a bit better than expected. Cons: I wouldn't say I like running in wet shoes and socks. Tomorrow is my 2nd 12k this weekend. Hopefully it doesn't rain.
