Patsy Paschal Paintings

I moved to St. Louis in 1973, and it has been my home since. My youthful ambition was to become a concert pianist. However, life brought me four beautiful children and a career in the legal field and my desire to play the piano waned. In its place, way down deep in my heart, I felt the strings pulling me to paint. In 2017, I left my job to explore this desire to paint. It was right before Covid, so I was very happy to stay indoors and paint away! Now over three years later and having run out of space to hang my art, I decided to grow and possibly let go of some paintings so I could paint more! My inspiration comes from viewing others’ art, watching artists paint and educating myself with the help of tutorials and books (since I could not attend in-person classes due to Covid). Then just diving in with the support of friends and family. I continue to become acquainted with other artists throughout the country, growing and learning from the very best.
