Bastnasite Concentrate

Bastnasite concentrate is a processed mineral material that is the primary source of rare earth elements, produced by grinding ore and separating it through flotation. It serves as a key feedstock for producing high-performance materials, such as those used in permanent magnets, and requires further chemical processing, like roasting and leaching, to extract and separate the rare earths.

Brown Rice

More than anything else we have worked with some of the largest rice farming/processing companies in the world to package super sacks. Many of these have been high-speed fillers. We have also discharged super sacks and conveyed rice to smaller packaging machines or to blenders to create prepackaged easy to prepare meals.

Carbon Flakes

Like most industrial carbon black (powder, prills, flake), this material is used for a myriad of applications. In this form it is more often used in the production of plastic products and as a colorant.

FormPak has unloaded this material from bulk bags and by using our Bag Shaker system found no issues getting all the material from the bags to discharge, and saw little degradation.

Black beauty is an abrasive used primarily to blast and clean mill scale and other impurities from metal prior to painting. This is derived from furnace slag, so it has no silica material, therefore it is a much better choice than sand-blasting as regards employee exposure and safety.

We have filled, discharged, and conveyed this material for many customers. It is an easy to handle material with good flow characteristics.
