If you haven’t been I HIGHLY recommend visiting the #911 Memorial Museum. It captures the events of vividly in a very tasteful way but be prepared because it’s very heavy. There are certain sections that you are able to hear final voice recordings which are heart wrenching but the ground zero memorial was breathtaking. To witness something which most of us lived through was simply incredible. 🙏🏼
P.S. there is a single tree protected by a metal ring which survived the devastation you cannot miss. That small peace of life in amongst the rubble is extremely symbolic.
