RIP to a true St. Louis icon. During one of our interviews, Dr. William Danforth shared this from his childhood, “When I was a kid, my grandfather came over and asked, ‘Do you have a dictionary?’” And I said yes. He said, ‘Would you get it and bring a pair of scissors?’ When I came back, he said, ‘Now I want you to look up the word impossible, and then cut it out.’ You have to try and do the best you can and hope for the best.”
