In honor of creative arts therapies week, here is a bit more about this special profession! The Creative Arts Therapies represent five distinct disciplines - drama therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, music therapy, and poetry therapy. There are many therapists who integrate the use of creative arts practices in their work, however, creative arts therapists have additional certifications and expertise in their discipline.
At Emovere, we specialize in drama therapy and dance/movement therapy. Contact us today to schedule a session.

Creative Arts Therapies Week reminder - you don't have to be a good dancer, artist, musician, poet, or actor to benefit from creative arts therapy. It's about the process...not the artistic outcome.
