One Shot Resurfacing

It's been nonstop around here!

2 peeling tubs, same issue though...neither were bonded at all!

Stripped both down to bare bones and redid properly!

Woowee! What a day. When it rains it pours! But we're still pouring love into these tubs for y'all!

Head colds are no fun with respirators for those curious.

While fighting that, this tub decided to join the fight too! It was a bearcat!!! Attached top right, that is how thick and solid the layers were that were literally coming off like shards of fiberglass/thick plastic. Nobody wants that in their feet! It's also what happens when a)the initial contractor has no business resurfacing and b) nor did the next ones....

Unearthed a tub bottom repair, and refinished it the correct way. Hopefully no more troubles for these home owners.

Oh then the rear end went out in the truck...hopefully Sebastian behaves next week while J pours more love into tubs and the truck all while fighting a cold. Say a prayer and wish us/him warm thoughts!

Another long day, but worth it!

This poor bathroom has paint all over it. It would become tacky with hot baths and showers even. Could you imagine trying to clean something with warm water; and all it does is smoosh in, making it appear dirtier as the dirt just got pushed into the paint?!?!?!?!

That is what happens when ya hire someone who simply says, 'ya I can do that for you!' and they have no clue what it takes. It just complicates the process and makes the homeowners' life difficult.

We fully stripped this one down, found a few repairs along the way, and then made it shine again!

On this day of rest, I've got to enjoy some peace, quiet, and reflection.

A little over 6 years ago, we began the journey of what has become One Shot Resurfacing.

We had no idea what it would become!

In the beginning, we were both just burned out by a lot, but we believed in one another and knew we needed to push one another. We also knew God has had our backs for so many years, he wasn't giving up now!

Throughout these past 6 years, while we've had our struggles (adapting to being each other's everything in business and personal!, learning how to run a business, etc etc), the three constants have been one another, God, and you all. Our customers have always shown up for us whether it be in the form of work, a shoulder to lean on, a laugh, or so much more. We appreciate each and everyone of you all! Thank you all from the bottoms of our hearts!!

Now for year 7!!! More beautiful surfaces, amazing people, and even more countless memories!

And believe in yourself, when others don't! Invest in yourself, even if others won't! It is worth it!

Fresh tops for this home!! We love to keep meeting family members in this family! Haven't met all 9 siblings yet, but I'm sure we will as the years keep passing! Always quality company, and quality refresh!

Busy past 2 days! 2 tubs with full strips, a pedestal sink,and a pan!

However, I forgot to grab photos of all but the pan!

No days off is getting to me! But theyre all BEAUTIFUL!

After 12 or so years, this beauty was ready to be beautiful again! These tubs are the best; they keep water hot forever!

So glad we could make this tub right again for this amazing family!!

This poor bath had a diy kit all over it. It was also on top of some other layers on the tub.

We stripped it fully down, and did it correctly.

We even found a large size tub bottom repair!

They may be oldies, but they're definitely goodies!

Every now and then second, third, fourth, etc chances are alright!

We stripped off all the old layers, and finally, did this one some justice by resurfacing it correctly!

This house in affton is getting made into a home again!

The tub polished up, but the peppered tile needed some love! Now it's ready for the rest of all the changes!
