Average sale price: $350,635 (down 6.25%): shift in price points selling
Price per sq ft: $187 (up 11.91%): strong demand
Sale-to-list price: 103%: homes still selling over asking on average

What this means:
We are seeing more homes hit the market and more buyers taking action. Prices are holding steady overall, and well-priced homes are still moving fast.
