Great lunch option with very little effort. First time trying gluten free bread, got it at and you didn’t disappoint. Got a great crunch and couldn’t tell it was missing anything. your tomato roasted red pepper and basil soup is a staple in our house.

My wife sent me a recipe from I am trying to eat gluten free for a while and this was a great first recipe to try. I didn’t use the celery and I will add zucchini on the next go around. Thanks for the recipe and I cant wait to try more gluten and vegan free recipes soon.
