Week of the Young Child - This week, we pause to celebrate the wonder, brilliance, and possibility held within every child. But more than a celebration… it is not just a Calling, it is a Ministry!
The work we do with children is sacred work. Each moment we spend with them, every greeting, every comforting touch, every shared smile, we are shaping not just their day, but their sense of belonging, their sense of worth, and their understanding of love. We are holding their hearts and souls with great care.
To elevate and honor children every day, we must slow down…
PAUSE. WONDER. CONNECT.
See beyond behavior and into the meaning beneath it.
Create spaces where children feel safe, seen, and deeply valued.
Because when a child feels trusted, understood, and loved, they don’t just grow… they flourish Stephen P. Zwolak

Come Join the Conversation: LITERACY - 1st three years of life - Before children ever decode a word on a page, they are reading us—our faces, our tone, our presence, and the safety of our relationships. On Thursday, February 19 from 6:30–8:30 PM, I invite you to join me for Emotionally Responsive Literacy: Core Principles from Birth to 3. Together, we will explore how literacy begins not with print, but with attachment, attunement, shared meaning-making, and the powerful serve-and-return exchanges that shape the architecture of the brain. When we understand that all learning happens in relationships, literacy becomes less about worksheets and more about wonder, connection, and belonging. Stephen P. Zwolak REGISTER HERE:
