Teaching my son to paint ,floor will get paint and chips later ,seems like a good start for him to learn ,practice makes perfect and such a good starter room for him to learn a bit

Same mansion ,the dungeon bathroom lol framed and hung the drywall and did finished and paint ,built a removable access well beside the toilet for a few pipes ,love building and creating stuff lol
Brick side porch on a beautiful mansion I did the bathroom in ,then they ask if I wanted to rebuild the side porch had to pull all the rails and graft in new legs from years of snow and ice rusting them out ,replaced all the brick edges ,love breaking the welder out on jobs ,also replaced both lintels above the crawl space access on both sides ,Shapiro metals is the place if ya want metal of all sorts and sizes
