We’re excited to partner with Maplewood Public Library to help connect community members with resources and support.

Kerensa Moore will be available on Fridays during these Community Outreach sessions to provide information about mental health services, housing supports, Medicaid, and community resources for adults. Feel free to stop by and visit!

Starting today, March 13th, Maplewood Public Library will be hosting Community Outreach sessions every other Friday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Social Service Coordinator Celeste Grayer and Kerensa Moore from Adapt: Compass Health Network will be providing information about mental health services, housing supports, Medicaid and community outreach for adults.

You are welcome to drop in for an appointment.
