What an UNBELIEVABLE turnout this morning!

The gentleman got absolutely after it today up at HQ!

We went through a killer workout and suffered together. That’s what it’s about. Collective suffering to better each other.

Many new faces, many returning faces. This group keeps on growing and keeps getting better and better.

Can’t thank the guys at enough for allowing us to use the gym for another event! More to come too at HQ!👀

Also shoutout to from for coming it to supply the boys with some free meals!

PED use around the 16-25 year old age range gym goers has taken a weird, almost “fetish” like turn in the last 5-10 years.

If you’re even thinking about utilizing anything performance enhancing, you should be going through a medical professional/hormone specialist who actually knows how to deliver advice on those topics.

You also have zero need for these compounds to “improve” your performance if you’ve barely just started your lifting journey.

Negative influences attack men like a whirlwind when they are younger especially (and even into things like marriage as well, sometimes to a higher degree).

Those negative lessons are something you need to LEARN from, then pass on the advice on how to AVOID those to other younger men so we can build better and better men.

By the way, if you have taken part in these negative activities as a young man (like plenty of us have), admit that, repent for them and come out better on the other end!

Another great Men’s Event in the books!

14 of us got up early and hammered out this workout despite the wet weather.

Our biggest group yet outside of the Thanksgiving and Christmas events! And we have a new top end of the age range as two men 50+ years old joined us!

We’re super grateful for these men who continue to show up with us and for the new guys that join for the first time.

We’ve said it many times but we’re building something very special and necessary here.

March 7th at 8:00am at Parkway South High School!

All fitness levels welcome, everything is scalable if necessary!
