I am still shocked daily!!!
This is a little lengthy- but I know those it is meant to reach -it will ❤️

It is CRAZY what chasing health can do for your… mind• body • & soul!!

If we are being totally transparent- I did not start this journey for weight loss. I started because I was sick and tired of being exhausted.
I started because I was sick and tired of being crabby all the time!
I started because I felt like I was drowning most days and I just needed hope for better days ahead.
I had fallen into a stormy season of life. I backed off social- most days I had lost my smile & I just felt like I didn’t even know who I was anymore other than just mom. Yet this was not the first time I had been in this cycle…. And I was just DONE!

Fast forward 7 months and let me tell YOUUUUUU- my prayers were answered! I finally freaking said YES and I ask myself all the time Whyyyy it took me so long lol 😂 but I am exactly where I am suppose to be!

❤️ I am currently down 30 pounds and 4 pants size. But let me tell you have I have GAINED!

I have GAINED my smile back!

Sometimes we get so focused on the scale that we forget about the journey and what it is really about.

I was there for so many years. My thought process then- was if my scale wasn’t going down quickly I was not making process…. And that could not be farther from the truth!

Weight loss and fat loss are not the same. The scale does not define your progress!

When I finally took control back & no longer allowed the scale to control me is where my journey really took off. I started chasing health & fueling my body properly. I focused on replacing bad habits with better ones. I focused on one day at a time!
