Many people believe declining balance and frequent falls are simply a normal part of aging, but that is not the case. With the right exercises and awareness, balance can be improved and the risk of falls can be significantly reduced.
Join Senior Learning Institute® for Better Balance, a free educational seminar featuring Dr. Beth Templin, DPT, owner of HouseFit.This session will explore how exercise helps prevent falls, why sideways falls can be especially dangerous, and what happens when someone is unable to get up after a fall.
