The truth about the CHURCH, like it or not.

10/13/2024

The church is grappling with four critical issues that demand attention: s*xism, adultery, nepotism, and false witness.

Sexism -is evident in the church's preference for male leaders, disregarding qualifications and education. Women, who make up 90% of the congregation, are severely underrepresented in leadership positions, holding a mere 1%. This disparity poses significant concerns for the church's future. Sexism is evident in the church's preference for male leaders, disregarding qualifications and education. Sexism within the church is a pressing concern, where male dominance supersedes qualifications, education, and faith. The automatic consideration of men for leadership positions, regardless of potential predatory behavior or lack of faith, is alarming. Conversely, women, comprising 90% of the congregation, face significant barriers to leadership, holding only 1% of preaching positions, despite their academic achievements. This disparity poses significant concerns for the church's future. This raises concerns about the church's sustainability when qualified male candidates are scarce.

Adultery- is the greatest sin in the church! Not being gay we ran away all the gay people by taking about their sins when not one gay person has s*xually assaulted me. I’m forced to cover up because you have the saying , “that you ask for it by how you are dressed”, rushing to cover b***s and legs because you’re husband is weak and you can’t control him but you can shame the woman into covering up! Instead of having men honorable enough to see the woman not a s*x object! I was s*xually assaulted and My pastor said marry him you’ll be rich! This man was crippled and blind Not my type but never addressed my assault at all it was brushed off like a compliment and acknowledged like it never happened! I don’t trust him with defending me period because he is s*xist! And it’s Passed on and accepted by all the men that follow under him. My opinion doesn’t matter and is silenced because it makes them look bad, instead of making me feel safe! That’s the real problem! The day I can show up in a mini skirt and halter shirt and be looked at like a child of God, in his house I know we have grown! God said tend to the harvest, not cut them down! We too hungry to get the scissors and cut instead of allowing them to grow up and let God do the cutting! That’s A major problem! We are charged with multiplying and not dividing we are far from that! We don’t even see where we are heading! The ongoing suppression of women's perspectives on this issue is troubling. It is crucial to address these inequities to ensure the church's continued relevance. The church's limited recognition of women's contributions, beyond financial obligations, highlights the broader societal issue of black women's vulnerability and marginalization across various sectors. The church's emphasis on adultery as the paramount sin is concerning. Meanwhile, gay individuals are unfairly judged, despite none having ever committed violence against me. Conversely, women face pressure to conceal themselves due to men's lack of self-control. This reflects the church's deep-seated s*xism, which prioritizes image over my well-being and silences my and others voices . Instead of promoting growth and healing, the church often focuses on condemnation.

Nepotism- you love your children, but that doesn’t make them qualified to carry on your position! Being called does! Your children don’t even come to church unless it’s to show face and prove they deserve the paycheck that the church gives but if they were not being paid would they be there? The ones that deserve to be paid would care about getting paid! But still your child that doesn’t know their tail from a whole in the ground is getting paid hundreds of dollars a week to do NOTHING but you pay them to come and let them hold positions that they have no interest in doing! And show up just to get paid! You paying them to attend church and you defend their laziness with lies, hoping no one calls you out and when they do, you make them show up with bells on, until the heat is off you and them! Grow up! This is why the church fails because we have failing people leading the church because they are related to you! And you want them to get that money! Time to tell it like it is! Because we are lying to ourselves! Nepotism undermines church leadership when family members are appointed based on relation rather than qualification. Nepotism further complicates matters, as family members are appointed to positions without regard for their calling or competence. While loving one's children is natural, it doesn't justify unearned positions. When individuals attend church solely to maintain appearances and collect a paycheck, it's concerning. Genuine commitment, not financial incentive, should drive service. Unfortunately, unmerited payments to uninterested family members compromise the church's integrity. Defending such practices with dishonesty only worsens the issue. Candidly addressing these problems is crucial for the church's vitality.

False witness- we are believing people because of where they stand and not where they are spiritually! Creating fans of Jesus and not deciples, Jesus is coming back for the church because it’s a hospital, but we must remember that in a storm we secure the hospital but people still die there, people are still abused there. Doctors are still killing patients on accident! But yet and still we save the hospital! You’re sick you go to the church because you’re faith needs healing but it’s not the answer to your healing! You come to the church expecting to be healed but your met with people that again don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground! Just because you stand in a garage doesn’t make you a car! So keep your quote that Jesus is coming back for the church, because historically he had nothing to do with the church in his final years! And it had nothing to do with the true apostolic followers of Christ! This is where false followers rest, trusting in twisted logic! Education is the key to understanding where facts disciples and fans separate!
False testimony also pervades, where status rather than spiritual standing determines credibility. This creates a superficial culture of Jesus' admirers rather than devoted followers. Notably, Jesus' historical focus lay outside the church. Genuine understanding requires education, distinguishing fact from fiction and authentic faith from pretension. We often mistakenly venerate individuals based on their status rather than their spiritual substance, thereby cultivating fans of Jesus rather than genuine disciples. While Jesus is returning for the church, which serves as a sanctuary for spiritual healing, we must acknowledge its limitations. Even within sacred institutions, harm and unintentional harm can occur. True spiritual growth requires discernment beyond mere affiliation; education and understanding are essential to distinguishing between genuine disciples and superficial followers.

These concerns, emphasizing the need for the church to adapt and create a more inclusive environment to ensure its survival and promote authentic spiritual growth.
