"[Y]oga... is an invitation to evoke mystery and channel a powerful, subtle, and ultimately unnameable energy that roams inside." from Yoga of the Subtle Body by Tias Little.

Day 7: Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, built and first used by salmon fisherman in 1755, it’s no longer a fishing site, but the National Trust maintains the bridge. Then on to Giant’s Causeway, a geological wonder that seems unbelievable. This place calls me to sit and listen, which I did for a long while, watching the sea slam into the rocks.

Day 4: toured Dublin Castle, St. Theresa’s church, and Coolock House, then saw the Merry Ploughboys, and grabbed some pints.
