In March of 2023 I made a cold call to a homeowner who had listed their home a few years earlier and was unable to sell it. 3 years went by with lots of follow ups, contractor recommendations, and a few in person meetings. During that time we put a strategy in place to sell the home this year. The result......the house sold after only 3 days on market for $26k above asking price.
