The leg day is important to be bouncing around and bring the energy. But a sound check? Count me in.
It might cost me an extra hour to get there early but knowing my usb and tracks work is king and makes me feel less nervous.

Do you feel this way and hit up the sound check? What other tips do people have for sound check? My suggestion is always two usbs in case one fails, having any music is better than no music 😉
