It was extra special having my husband in the studio with me as I made Winnie‘s memorial pieces with her cremated remains🪽Through the process— there were tears, story sharing, random convos, and being weirdos like we always are. I’m glad we got to do this together & support each other.🤍🤍🤍

Recovery mode has set in— and the unpacking can wait🤪

My sweet husband found me a thrift store in Aruba— and we brought the fam along for some fun. Unfortunately we didn’t find anything today but it was nice to enjoy a thrifty Thursday on vaca in between island touring🏝️ …a bit delayed but hey, it’s vacation! 😜

New fave thrift store alert!! This Thrifty Thursday I hit up the on Lindbergh, and it did not disappoint! I was impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and ease of shopping while there. Also the endless options, quality, sizing, designer pieces, and boutique clothing for reasonable prices— your girl was loving it! The staff was super kind and helpful as well, and I got lucky showing up on a spin and win day🏷️

Peace started showing up when I stopped forcing myself to do things my body was already begging me not to do.

If you already know something is going to drain your energy, dysregulate your nervous system, or flare up your chronic pain… you’re allowed to say no and set a boundary. This is something I’m constantly working on, especially when it may disappoint others— but it’s become easier when I prioritize myself and my health.

Even with this business shift, that was me choosing myself. 🫶
