Verde on Cherokee has this way of making every corner feel like a story waiting to be told. Warm light, vintage textures, little pockets of character everywhere you look. It fit these two perfectly.

Some of my favorite moments from their day were the quiet ones. Leaning across the counter for a kiss. Hands resting gently together. Walking through the space like they owned every bit of it.

I have been working on getting better at flat lay detail shots, and I love the simpliciity of this one. Clean lines, simple elements, soft light, and a little breathing room around everything.

It is not perfect, but I can see the improvement and that feels good. Wedding days move fast, but shots like this remind me to pause and appreciate the small things that tell the bigger story.

Just people who love each other… celebrating Dustin & Taylor, only a few feet away from the grill that usually cooks burgers on a random Tuesday. 😂🔥

Grandma pulled up in her favorite lawn chair like a VIP.
The kids running and playing.
And the whole night felt less like an event and more like real life happening on purpose.

Big weddings are incredible… but there’s a unique kind of magic when you say “I do” right where your memories already live.

When the best man can't make it because he's at basic training...

Had the BEST time filming a save-the-date video with Michael and Stephanie last night! Their love was just so real. Right before this photo, we were downtown in Ste. Gen, only half the lights were on. I joked about wishing they’d turn on… and not even a minute later, the whole street lit up. 😂
We turned around and grabbed this shot. Magic ✨

(Yes, I’m now accepting bookings AND apparently requests with the city light department.)
