Come by and see us this Saturday! I’ll be talking training as well as selling handmade dog toys and enrichment items. We’ll also be handing out free pupcups! Should be a fun day!
Howl-o-ween Pet Parade Trick-or-treat on October 28th in the Delmar Loop. Loop businesses will have plenty of treats for both dogs and kids and even the young at heart.

Meet Thor and Loki! These two (ridiculously cute) English bulldogs are staying with us for a board and train. They are here to work on building some skills and manners as well as learning confidence and management their excitement levels. So far these boys have been rocking their training sessions and putting a smile on all our faces!

Welcome Chase! Chase is a (almost) one year old beagle mix who joined us today for our board and train program! Chase is here to work on confidence building in all sorts of new situations so he can join in on all the adventures his family has planned!

Check out what Nyx the labradoodle learned during her board and train! Nyx is working though some anxiety and reactivity issues and part of her training plan is to use these obedience skills to build her focus and confidence. Way to go Nyx!

Nyx the labradoodle is here for our board and train program! Nyx is working through some reactivity issues to make walks and other adventures more possible. Before we can tackle the big stuff, Nyx needs to learn how to focus and connect with her handler. In this clip we are working on offering eye contact which builds connection and confidence, skills we will need when we start working around her triggers.
One of the skills our board and train dog Aubrey is working on is impulse control around distractions. Luckily one of Bert’s favorite rolls is ‘distraction’. Great work dogs!

Say hello to Aubrey! This sweet girl is learning so much in our board and train program. She is a young rescue dog, just under a year old, who was picked up as a stray. She’s working on some basic house manners and learning to settle even with excitement around her. Aubrey is also deaf, which means some of her training has to be altered to best suite her needs.

Ali the mini bernerdoodle is staying with us this week in our board and train program! Ali is here to work on learning calm house manners by developing an ‘off switch’. She’s also working on her impulse control around food especially during human meal times and food prep in the kitchen. She is a fun and motivated dog and we are so pleased with her progress!

Meet Mira!
This happy girl is taking private lessons with us to help her overcome some reactivity issues to seeing other dog. Mira is a big girl and her reactivity was putting her people and herself at risk. She is a super sweet and wonderfully squishy dog and she is making great progress in her training!
