Wash Ave is where people come to build.
People are building local businesses here because it’s the Most Walkable Neighborhood in St Louis. Walkability is the recruiting tool for both customers and employees to benefit.
Bella's Cafe, The Market, Thaxton Speakeasy, Buddy's Local Grill & Bar, Sen Thai-Asian Bistro, Rooster Downtown, Thirteenth and Washington. ALL locally owned, and all walkable!
People who live in buildings like Six Cord (https://www.sixcord.com/) and Bogen (https://www.bogenstl.com/), who walk past your front door every morning. People who work here, eat here, stay here. That's the built-in audience that turns a new idea into a neighborhood staple.
Wash Ave is where St. Louis builds.

You start with coffee, walk to work, walk to lunch. And when the day winds down, you don't leave the neighborhood. You stay in it.
That's what makes Wash Ave different.
Rooster Downtownr gets your morning started. T-REX is where the work actually happens. Sen Thai-Asian Bistro is lunch without the commute. And when the day is done, The Moniker (https://www.themonikerstl.com/) is where you stay for post-work drinks.
Client dinners. Date nights. All in a short walk from where your day began.
Step outside and everything connects — offices, restaurants, apartments, nightlife, all within a few blocks. This is what a walkable neighborhood actually looks like.
Your day doesn't reset. It flows.
