The power of a tornado is amazing. At this house it looks like two sides, got shot by a shot gun. The piece of plywood came through the wall right next to the window and was in the house. Everyone was safe is the important part, the house can be repaired. This customer was very lucky in this case as moments before they were on their deck, watching the storm.

MUST HAVES:

- Must have own tools and truck.

- Must pass a background check.

- Must pass drug test.

- Must have valid driver's license.

EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Minimum of five years in all phases of residential construction. Experience and references must be verifiable.

- Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.

- Be able to follow a written scope.

- Be able to confirm materials ordered and/or needed.

- Has strong customer and communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- 99% of time is spent working at job sites. Some driving is required.

- Career growth opportunities. Most of our Project Managers and Superintendents have been promoted from the carpenter position.

BENEFIT DETAILS:

-This is a full time position paid weekly.

- Salary is dependent on experience.

- Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits available after 90 days. Gas reimbursement.
