We apologize for a very extended silence but life and changes came very quickly. Long story short, I, Rachel, Owner of STL Cake Pops have chosen after almost a year of consideration to close our Retail Bakery operations in St. Charles at 198 Tecumseh Street. We officially closed on 2/28/23 and I am working on restructuring the business to continue offering community & private cake pops classes/parties and hopefully some seasonal pop up sales. Unfortunately we are no longer accepting custom orders.

Life in the last 3 years has changed tremendously for me, between the stress of keeping a small business alive during a pandemic and raising two teenagers while getting older, my priorities had to change. I have been blessed with your support and appreciate every single one of you but my season of life has changed. I need to maintain some balance in my schedule while still loving the art of cake pops.

For now, our classes are still being offered at and until I can re-group for additional class offerings. If you're interested in a private class or party, please send us a message directly or stay tuned on our social media pages. If you have a gift card from us, don't fear just reach out directly and I will honor it any time in 2023!

Once again thank you for being a part of our retail bakery journey over the past 10 years in St. Charles and we look forward to still being part of your life in a slightly different way.

- Anything purchased & held must be picked up by 2/24.
- Bring bags & boxes to transport items, we have some but not a lot.

2023 Update

Effective 1/11/2023, we will be closed to walk-in visitors and closing our Retail Bakery Operations as we reorganize our business to accommodate a new season in our life. Like many of us, the season of Covid, helped us pause and evaluate where we are and what is important to us. As a result, we are taking a step back from managing the store-front and exploring new opportunities that give us greater flexibility, both personally and professionally.

Finally, I thank you all sincerely for your support at our retail bakery that has been in Frenchtown since 2014. We have thoroughly enjoyed growing with all of you and your families through the many celebrations and seasons of your life. While we would love to keep the pace we have, we have encountered changes and feel that the best step we can take to remain a part of our local community is to pivot and change as well. We hope you will have patience with us while we brainstorm and refresh and make plans for what is next.
