Many of you should see a small white window in your task bar. If your running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and or Windows 8.1 you are eligible to get the newest operating system from Microsoft free!

Comm-Tech has been using the "Tech Preview" early release versions of Windows 10 since October 2014 and are very happy with the changes and feel we are prepared to assist our clients with the transition. If you're unhappy with Windows 8 then you're in for a treat as windows 10 brings the start menu back along with a fresh new internet browser labeled "Edge".

If you're in a business environment and have special software we don't recommend upgrading until you've checked with software manufacturers and your IT company. We highly recommend backing up your data before the upgrade as well as waiting for a week or longer for any issues to be resolved.
