F3 In Our Own Words
I'm a part of F3 because it's so much more than a workout — it's a brotherhood. The second F, Fellowship, is the heartbeat of this group. The men I've met through F3 have become some of my closest friends, guys who know my name, show up for me, and hold me accountable not just on the workout floor but in life. There's something powerful about sweating alongside men who genuinely invest in each other, and that accountability has pushed me to show up even on the days I didn't feel like it — and those are often the best days.
F3 has also shown me what I'm truly capable of. Every workout is a chance to push past what I thought my limits were and discover a stronger version of myself. But beyond the physical challenge, F3 develops leaders. Whether it's taking a turn leading a workout or simply encouraging the man next to you to finish strong, leadership is woven into the culture here. F3 doesn't just make you a better athlete — it makes you a better man, a better father, a better friend, and a better leader in every arena of life.

F3 in our own words:
I found out about F3 through a Christmas Lights exhibit, then a coworker told me that he joined F3 in South County and told me to not blow it off. I blew it off anyway. Eventually I was walking my dog in the park and saw the F3 meet up taking place. I was getting all the signs and ran out of excuses. One morning I decided to try it out to just so I could cross it off the list.
There's a long list of whys but the most important is that I wanted to set a good example for my children. Being able to run with my kids and easily carry them through the house was important to me. When I'm physically active, I also feel that I'm mentally a stronger parent, husband, and employee.
If youre thinking about joining, I have a simple ask; just give it a try. It's not that early. It's not that hard. It's not too much time. I ran out of excuses and I'm sure you have to. Don't do this only for the workouts, become a better you for your family and your own mental clarity. I'm confident you won't regret it.

📺 F3 In The News! 📺
A special thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for shining a light on the men of F3 Texarkana (a place where half the men are from out-of-state but not downrange) and the impact they're making in their community.
Every week, men from all walks of life find their way to a common junction, stepping out of comfort and into growth. They push their limits, extend their range, and discover a supportive nest of friendships that make life a little less lonely and alot more meaningful.
Some arrive looking for a bootcamp, some the rucks, some the runs (up to six/seven miles). Others come because life has left them feeling worn down. But after countless moments, shared struggles, and early mornings together, they often find something they didn't know they needed: brotherhood.
And that's where real change happens.
Not in the workouts themselves, but on the razor's edge between who we are and who we're capable of becoming. It's where men learn to lead, serve, and support one another shoulder to shoulder.
Thank you to the men of F3 Texarkana for representing the mission so well, and thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for helping tell a story that communities across the country need to hear.

Our running site joined in the Katy82. A relay style race on the Katy Trail. All of these High Impact Men could have done the 82 alone. But, in true F3 fashion the decided to work as a team. Well done men.
Some of the best guys you could meet. They actually LIKE to run. Mondays and Friday at the Lewis and Clark statue in Frontier Park.
