Here are 3 Tips I recommend to every seller before listing! 🏡

⚪️Professional house cleaning: Getting the home deep cleaned makes it feel like a model home and could make or break a buyer’s first impression. You can find companies who will charge a flat price to deep clean, or some charge by the hour. Find something that works with your budget!
⚪️Smell: Every home has a unique smell. Consider buying a Pura, wax warmer, Glade plugin etc. to use before every showing. Recommended scents include vanilla and fresh laundry (something ‘clean’). Nothing too strong.
⚪️To Buy: Disinfecting wipes (for quick counter cleans before showings), paper or plastic dishware (less dishes to do before showings), and laundry hampers with lids (to hide dirty laundry).

These things will get your home ready to list and take the stress out of showings!
