As a non-profit organization we are dedicated to providing care for performance horses that are no longer able to compete due to injuries accumulated through their career. We accomplish this through proper and therapeutic shoeing and vet care, as well as nutritional and environmental needs. Our full efforts are focused on the comfort and care of our horses.

All around horseman Tyler Merrill remembers his favorite calf horse as a youth, “Little Big League” aka “Pudge”. Now 30 years old, Pudge is a family favorite living here at Cutting Edge Retirement Foundation. We have had the pleasure of caring for this sweet gelding since 2015.
