Flying Apron Cupcakes

Okayyyy, but how stinking CUTE is this one?! 😍🐶🐐🎂

Two pups, two goats, a pair of cowboy boots, ALLLL the sprinkles, and one very special birthday girl! ❤️ I absolutely love when a customer gives me a theme that lets me have a little fun, and this one came together even cuter than I pictured!

Happy Birthday, Bailee! 🥳🎉

One of my favorite parts of creating a cake is helping you choose what’s on the inside! Your cake doesn’t have to just look amazing. It should taste amazing too. 🧁🎂

🍰 Cake flavors include classics like French Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon, Almond and Red Velvet, plus favorites like Butter Pecan, Snickerdoodle, Carrot, Apple Cinnamon, Pumpkin, Chocolate Almond, Chocolate Mint and more!

💕 Frostings include Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond, Strawberry, Lemon, Raspberry, Cream Cheese Buttercream, Maple Buttercream, Cinnamon, Marshmallow, Chocolate Fudge, Whipped Ganache, Caramel Ganache and more!

🍓 Fillings are where you can really have some fun! Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach, Cherry, Apricot, Lemon, Key Lime, Banana Cream, Apple Pie, Chocolate Ganache, Marshmallow Cream, Chocolate Fudge, Salted Caramel, Maple Cream Cheese and more!

And YES… Butter Pecan cake with Maple Cream Cheese filling is every bit as good as it sounds. 🤤

A little Texas, a little pretty, and a whole lot of personality! 💜🤠

This beauty was butter pecan cake with a maple cream cheese filling 🤤🍁 The combination was SO good!

Finished in soft dusty pink with purple florals, bluebonnets, cowboy boots, and a little Texas pride. I love when a cake gets to tell you a little something about the person it was made for. 💜

Happy Birthday! 🎂

✈️ VACATION NOTICE! ✈️

Flying Apron Bakery is taking a little break! 🧁💕

I will not be accepting new orders September 28th through October 12th while I enjoy some much-needed vacation time.

If we’re already in talks about an order during this time, don’t worry, this does not apply to you! Your order is still on my books. 🩷

I’ll be back and ready to create all the sweet things after October 12th!

Thank you so much for keeping me busy and supporting my little bakery! 🩷

Okayyyy, but can we talk about this CUPCAKE TOWER?! 😍🧁✨

Who says birthday cupcakes have to stay in a boring little box?! 😂

Chocolate cupcakes stacked into a full-on birthday centerpiece with blue, white & chocolate buttercream, gold accents, candles and just the right amount of EXTRA. 💙✨

I absolutely LOVE how this one came together! It’s fun, different, and still gives you that big “birthday cake” moment… just with cupcakes!

And yes, they’re filled cupcakes too. 😉🙌

Because sometimes a dozen cupcakes deserves to make an entrance. 💙✨

Presentation matters. 🎀

To me, a cake order isn’t finished when the last swirl of buttercream is piped. The way it’s presented matters just as much.

Of course I want your cake to taste amazing and look beautiful, but I also want you to feel like you’re receiving something special the moment I hand you that box. The ribbon, the tag, the little card, the packaging… those details are all part of the experience.

Whether it’s a birthday cake, cupcakes, a wedding order, or a little treat for someone you love, I want opening your order to feel like opening a gift. 🖤

It takes a little extra time, but those finishing touches are one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Because at Flying Apron Bakery, it’s not just cake. It’s something made for your special moment, and I want it to feel that way from the very first look to the very last bite. 🎂✨

🎪🖤 INTRODUCING STORY SCENE CAKES BY FLYING APRON BAKERY! 🖤🎪

I am SO excited to finally introduce something new I’ve been working on… Story Scene Cakes!

These aren’t just themed cakes. Each one is designed to tell a story and create an entire little world around your cake, with details that go beyond just frosting and toppers.

First up… Welcome to CarnEvil. 🎪🎈😈

And just to be clear, this is NOT an AI cake. This is a faux display cake featuring the ACTUAL sugar sheet and handmade clown topper that will be used for this design, so you can see how the finished concept comes together.

The CarnEvil Story Scene Cake will feature the detailed carnival sugar-sheet scene, coordinating frosting and balloon details, a handmade clown topper with a tea light underneath so he actually GLOWS, dimensional elements that bring the scene to life, and even a coordinating keepsake postcard to go along with your cake. 🖤

And CarnEvil is only the beginning! I’ll be creating multiple Story Scene designs to choose from, including lots of horror and Halloween themes, plus a whole collection of Christmas Story Scene Cakes for the holiday season. 🎃🔪🎄✨

I have SO many ideas for these and cannot wait to start bringing them to life.

The cake gets eaten, but the postcard stays… and so does the story. 🖤

Welcome to Story Scene Cakes by Flying Apron Bakery. 🎂✨
